rising together: a call to hope
The key priorities in this plan are grounded in our mission. These priorities emerged through careful listening, intentional research, and thoughtful questioning of staff, volunteers, board leadership, donors and community partners. The vision this plan presents is bold, honored and reflected by our past, the knowledge gained, and partnerships earned. This plan embraces our get-it-done attitude to be at the forefront of solutions to build meaningful change. It will be a living document, aligning our everyday work and decision-making with clearly defined values and goals.

2021-2022 Annual Report
Habitat Tucson started the year unsure if we could safely shed the social distancing that defined years past. We yearned to recapture the connections and gatherings that bring us together, united in the shared belief that everyone deserves a safe, decent place to live. Priorities have been reshaped, reminding us of the importance of family, the importance of home and the sense of belonging provided through community.

What a year it's been! When we celebrated Women Build on March 7th of 2020, we had no idea a global pandemic was around the corner. By the end of the following week, we pivoted our workforce: working remotely, implementing mask and social distancing, practicing self-quarantines, doing everything we could to keep our communities safe.
