As we move into the 2022-2023 fiscal year, Habitat Tucson is in “growth mode,” as we like to say in between the cacophony of hammers and nails. We are facing dire need as rents reach record high. Demand has increased drastically for our homeownership information sessions.We are aiming to increase capacity to meet our community’s need.When we empower people, we build stronger communities. That’s our mantra as we head into this year. We believe that empowerment enables families to have agency, give back, and revitalize our community. We believe that a strong community is the foundation for everything we do. In turn, we believe we can build a strong community together.With this mission in mind, we want to share our plans for the 2022-2023 fiscal year (see right). These projections are subject to change, especially as we expand our home repair and home building plans.
