Volunteer to Support Veterans
Our Veterans Committee has regular ongoing volunteer opportunities. We welcome active-duty military and Veterans to bring a group to volunteer for a fun team-building activity. You can also sign up for our annual Veterans Build. Email volunteer@habitattucson.org to get started.
Homeownership
Veterans have an opportunity to complete the requirements of our homeownership program and purchase a new, energy-efficient home with an affordable mortgage.
Home Repair
Do you own your own home? Have limited income? Need home repairs? If you are willing to partner, we can help!
A Brush with Kindness assists with minor home repair. This program helps families with projects that restore dignity through appearance upgrades and other exterior repairs.

- General yard clean up
- Tree trimming up to 10 ft.
Critical Home Repair benefits the family living in the home, the neighborhood where they live, and our entire community. We can assist with repairs such as:

- AC Replacement
- Roofing Repair
- Roof Replacement
- Electrical Safety Issues
- Plumbing Safety Issues
- Home Mobility Modification
- Mold Remediation
Mold: Due to volunteer & staff safety at this time Habitat Tucson is unable to work on most homes with mold. Please submit your request and we will contact you with more information when available.
