Intake appointments are not mandatory, but if you would like to schedule an appointment during our intake period, please contact Gabriela Montano at 520-497-2383 or GabrielaM@HabitatTucson.org. If you are having other issues submitting the application, please reach out to Gabriela to make arrangements.
Application completion timeframe agreement
Restricted to logged in applicants only who have watched the entire Homebuyer Program Information Session video and have submitted the consent agreement. If you have already viewed the video in its entirety, but need to download the application again, please click here to go to the Portal Video page, and click on the “Continue to Application Download Page” again. You will be required to agree to the consent agreement, but will be provided the application download buttons afterward.
Important information
If you do not have a printer or would like a paper copy of the application, you may pick up an application at our office located at 3501 N. Mountain Ave, Tucson, AZ 85719 Monday – Friday from 10am to 4pm.
Please note, when submitting your documents be sure that you turn in a completed application and COPIES (No Originals) of all of the documents listed on the application that are applicable to you and your household.
If you are submitting your application via email, you may mail in or drop off your $20 (Cash or Money order) application fee at a later time during our intake period. The application fee is a one-time fee per application and not per applicant.
