Last year, over 12,000 volunteers donated their time and energy to Habitat for Humanity Tucson.

Our volunteers helped Habitat for Humanity to build and repair homes in and around the Tucson community.

Construction

Building and repairing homes takes lots of work from dedicated volunteers. Sign up to volunteer on the construction site to build dreams in partnership with hardworking families, veterans, seniors and families in your community!

CHUCK Center

As a CHUCK Center Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to train and work inside our innovative facility. Volunteers will participate in panelized construction building which involves using pre-assembled jigs to construct wall panels for home construction in a modular way. Additionally, volunteers will sometimes participate in traditional on-site construction.

Non-Construction

Not all volunteers swing hammers and saw wood. Habitat Tucson has many opportunities for volunteers to get involved beyond construction. We have volunteer opportunities in our office, HabiStore, and more. If you are interested in volunteering but don’t know where to start, we’ll find a place for you!

Community Service

Habitat for Humanity Tucson welcomes volunteers who need to complete school, group, religious, service-related community service and select court-ordered community restitution.
