World Habitat Week: Women Build World Habitat Week: Faith in Actionworld habitat week
On World Habitat Week 2020, we come together to raise the walls on new homes with hardworking Tucson families. This year, we’re raising the walls in Carters Court, in Habitat Tucson’s newest focus neighborhood, Flowing Wells!
World Habitat Day is an international day of action that highlights the basic right of all humanity to adequate shelter. Formalized by the United Nations General Assembly in 1985, World Habitat Day is an opportunity to engage in global efforts to build a better world – one home at a time. Build a stronger Southern Arizona.
We’ve gone virtual! Join us for virtual festivities and excitement! This energetic event celebrates Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build a more just and compassionate world.
Habitat for Humanity Tucson is hosting 4 virtual conversations during World Habitat Week about the critical state of housing in our community and around the world. Registration is free.
